Nimrod Sagisman

Hi, I'm Nimi! I love to design engaging stories.

About

Hi! my name is Nimrod (Nimi), I'm from Ramat Gan, and I've graduated with a Bachelor of Psychology from the Academic College of TLV-Yafo, specializing in UX Design and Research.

With over three years of experience, I have contributed to my expertise in a diverse brands, from non-profits to tech companies with bold visions.

In recent years I have worked with companies with meaningful causes—be it sustainability, shipping, or education, with a commitment to leveraging design and storytelling as a tool for societal change.

I can handle various tasks from app design to collaborative efforts with production teams. Whether sketching by hand or developing prototypes.

Beyond the professional realm, I draw inspiration from sea diving, Jiu-Jitsu training, and tending to my cats, Amotz & Tziki 😺.

My approach to design is not just about crafting beautiful experiences; it's to see the experience through various angle, each telling a story of it's own.

Watching my cat Tziki chase her collar's reflection.

The unintentional effect of my cat's metal collar. One day my cat started chasing a shiny reflection that drove her mad! Watching her doing so reminded me the holistic approach one should take when designing an experience, even if it is for a cat.

Milton H. Erickson's ideas; I love reading his stories. In a nutshell – the greatest family therapist in my opinion. His stories taught me to pay close attention to what people really need, even if they don't say it. Each patients story reveals a new observation of people's behavior.

Nimrod back in CBT Days

Something my CV Doesn't show I had a practice of CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) & Mindfulness clinic with clients, helping them achieve goals and overcoming mental blockages. I now pay more attention to other's maps of meaning and I try not to impose mine.
